Kimchi – local and alive


Our local version of Kimchi!  Made from an assortment of chinese cabbages and peppers grown on our farm.  Fermented for approximately 1 month with our native microbes.

Countless uses.   Try chopping it up, and use as base for fried noodles or friend rice…you’ll never go back!


Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, red peppers, salt, ginger, shrimp paste, dried anchovies, sugar
